Barbara " Artist and Owner "

Barbara Fasano was born in Naples Italy in August 19, 1977. At the early age of 8, I helped around my fathers Salon in Naples Italy where I would shampoo clients. At 14, I began working at the salon, spending a majority of my spare time there. I attended college between 18-22, going to school in the morning and working at the Salon in the evening. At that time, I began running my father's hair salon, managing the business and the accounting. At the age of 24, I moved to Tampa where I married my husband, Troy. Now living in Tampa, I wanted to share my love and unprecedented skills and that is how Spa Bella became a European Style Full Service Salon and Spa in 2003. I now share this beautiful gift with my clients as my dream came true. Its is an honor to have you here at our European Style Spa. It is our mission to ensure that you are served with the utmost dedication and leave looking glamorous. Our all inclusive Spa can provide you with an array of services from hair and nail care, massages and facials to waxing as well as permanent make-up and mystic tanning. I was born in Tampa, Fl. On September 17, 1972. At 15, I found his first regular job at Rax, a fast food restaurant similar to Arbey's in the 80's. I graduated high school in the class of 1990 and attended college soon after. I became a full time Fireman in 1997. Amelia " Artist "

Amelia, a Matter-Expert, licensed in 1980 and is certified by the Midway Paris Cosmetology School. She received her skin care training at Cristine Valmay in New York, New York. Prior to joining the Spa Bella team, Amelia was part owner of Blue Bird Beauty Salon in Queens for 17 years. Amelia specializes in waxing, pedicures and manicures for both men and women. Since joining the team, Amelia has built a vast group of loyal customers that will only allow Amelia to do their full body waxing. Tallia " Permanent Makeup Artist "

My career in permanent cosmetics began while attending Savannah College of Art and Design in the early 1990s for illustration. I apprenticed as a technician for cosmetics and I was able to assimilate quickly due to my art training in color theory and technique. In 2000 I acquired my esthetics license to gain knowledge of the histology of the skin and I am now licensed in four states as a Medical Aesthetician. Due to over 10 years of esthetic experience and 15 years of cosmetic experience I have extensive knowledge of how the pigment of cosmetics and skin tissue relate. Within the industry I have worked as a National product trainer for an International pharmaceutical company, written newsletters, and appeared on National TV for both permanent cosmetics and esthetic  services. During the consultation process I focus on the  individual's personal goals with permanent cosmetics along with physical features such as bone structure, skin undertones and skin type, age, hair color, and lifestyle.

 

            

Michael " Massage Therapist "

Hello! My name is Michael McIntosh, but you can just call me Mike. I'm a Florida native, born and raised in Tampa, FL, in 1963. I graduated from Tampa Bay Technical High School, and soon thereafter enlisted in the US Army. I served 5 years as an infantry soldier, I was stationed for 2 years at Ft. Campbell, KY, and 3 years overseas in Schweinfurt, Germany. I received several awards and medals for exceptional performance and leadership, and was promoted to the rank of Sergeant/E-5. I decided not to re-enlist at the end of my tour of duty, because my mother became terminally ill. I was her only child, and since the Army was unwilling to re-assign me to a post close to home, I received an honorable discharge, I returned home, and cared for my sick mother for two years before she passed away. I pursued a career in Law Enforcement upon my return, and was hired by the Polk County Sheriff's Office as a Detention Deputy at the County Jail in Bartow, FL. During my tenure, I received an Accommodation Letter from the Sheriff for my role in preventing a riot, another for preventing an escape attempt, and several other letters and positive evaluations for exceptional performance and training. While employed there, I met and married my wife a fellow officer at PCSO, and soon thereafter our

 beautiful daughter was conceived. I named her Precious, because she is my precious little gift from God! I served the public's interest for 7 and 1/2 years at PCSO, then decided to change my career field. I have always enjoyed working with people, so the transition into the health-care and hospitality field was an easy choice for me. I attended Keiser University in Lakeland, FL, from 2004 to 2006. I completed a 1000-hour, Advanced Massage Therapy Course that included many different, massage techniques such as; Swedish (Relaxation), Deep Tissue, Sports, Neuro-muscular, Hot Stone, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Cranio-sacral, graduated Cum Laude in April of 2006, with an A.S. Degree in Massage Therapy. I'm also a Personal Fitness Trainer, which has greatly increased my knowledge of human anatomy, and enhanced my skill as a massage therapist. I think that my experience of being hit by a drunken driver in 1999, and the memory of the sometimes excruciating pain from my injuries as a result of the accident, also helped in my decision to become a massage therapist. Massage therapy was by far the most effective rehabilitation treatment for my injuries. So, in choosing me, you will not only get a highly knowledgeable, well-trained,and very effective massage therapist, but also someone who has pain empathy. My hands are very strong, yet I have a highly tactile sense of touch, which enables me to use just the right amount of pressure to perform a very relaxing, rejuvenating, and therapeutic massage without causing any additional pain from using too much pressure. Also, I just want to state that I'm very professional. Your right to privacy will be respected and protected to the utmost. Proper draping and confidentiality of any medical condition is not only a legal requirement, but a moral obligation of my professional and personal code of ethics! In conclusion, I just want to say that I'm a very nice person. I'm very friendly, I have a very warm, outgoing, nurturing, and kind spirit, and I really enjoy helping others.
